I was passing by LaSalle on my way to meet a friend (I live in Vaudreuil-Dorion) and decided to stop in because I’m a big fan of Indian sweets. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience.To be honest, the sweets were not fresh at all. They tasted stale, and I ended up throwing the entire box away. The girls serving at the front also need to show less attitude — customer service makes a big difference, and it really affected my visit.The owners seriously need to look into what’s happening at the front. On top of that, the washroom was very dirty. If it’s not possible to keep it clean, I would honestly suggest closing it to customers.After I searched their name on Google and read other reviews, I understood everything. Very disappointing experience overall. Thank you.

I used to be a regular customer and really enjoyed the food here, but after a recent experience, I will never return or order or delivery from this place. During my visit, I noticed a significant amount of water pooling on the floor near several tables, coming from an open water inlet right next to the washroom area. When we asked the waitress about it, she initially ignored us, then casually confirmed it was sewage water overflowing from the bathroom. This was extremely off-putting and unhygienic. Worse, staff continued walking through the contaminated water to serve food from the kitchen to tables, tracking it around the dining area. The sight and smell were revolting, and it completely ruined everything for that day. For a food establishment to allow operations to continue in such unsanitary conditions—rather than closing temporarily to fix the issue—is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of care for customer health and safety. This incident has permanently changed my view of Ram Sweet Shop. I strongly advise others to avoid dining in or ordering from here. Very disappointing, especially since the food used to be a highlight.

I dont recommend people from outside montreal who dont know about montreal indian restaurant -- unhygienic recently got ticket from food inspectors of montreal
We got samosa, paratha and chai from here. The food was fresh and tasted good
