Tried their poutine. The portion size was good. I asked for extra gravy which they gladly poured on top of the fries. It was tasty, warm & filling. Cheese curds were in the right amount and a bit chewy(just the way I like it).

The food at Queues de Castor – BeaverTails (Bas du village) was good and we enjoyed what we ordered. Unfortunately, the service really took away from the experience. The guy preparing and handing out the food was extremely rude and unfriendly. It was honestly surprising and definitely not the type of service you expect, especially in such a busy tourist area like Tremblant. Management should be aware of this because it can really affect the overall experience for customers. Good food, but the customer service definitely needs improvement.

I had a disappointing experience at this store. One of the employees was very rude and unprofessional, which made the visit unpleasant. I hope management addresses this issue and improves the customer service experience.

Went to the bottom location in mont Tremblant on Saturday July 11at about 2:15 pm. Waited in line about 10 minutes and ended up leaving without any order. Customer behind me, man about 55 years old, kept coming real close to me, annoyed but stayed in line. A male worker came to great thean but not me. When I politely said I was next in line and hadn't been served, the customer sneered at me and the worker laughed and totally ignored me. Absolutely rude service! I left immediately as I was furious without ordering anything. I went to the location further up instead, they were nice. Avoid this one at all costs as service is terrible!
