I do not know how to tell you guys this but who says taking burrito bowl with veggies contains extra charge?? like Chipotle gives out a bigger portion compared to these guys and it was my first time trying burrito in Montreal and the experience was very horrible with such a service where they told me that we do not have some of the ingredients right now so you will have to pass on them and like whattt? who gives a bowl without sauces!! If you are not ready for the food ingredients just say you do not have them and pass on dude! The price was also on a higher side with less portion like getting a bowl for 17 bucks isn't cheap bcoz you can get a good portion for around 15 at most!!

Do not propose chicken menu if you intend on serving FAKE CHICKEN. it was disgusting having this texture in the mouth. Really deceiving. CAD 40 down!!!! I'm coming a day after to add that we had indigestion after having this food. Myself and my daughter we got diarrhea. Very dangerous!

Terrible customer service … I paid for a quesadilla 17$ .. with almost no cheese inside and after paying extra cheese ! When asked for jalapeños , I got a weird smirk from the girl that was serving .. not worth 17$ and what an attitude. So saggy … and empty not 17$ living in downtown there’s a lot of choices for burritos/quesadillas/tacos and cheaper and better ! I don’t recommend it !

Ordered a Big Ass Pork Al Pastor burrito with rice and black beans Saturday afternoon. First, the person making the burrito, bless her, noticed the white rice was not right, and called over her colleague to verify if it was still good. Her colleague said it was fine, but she did not put it in my burrito. That was an absolute plus, but also a negative as if I had the male employee, I would have likely gotten a burrito with subpar/something wrong with it rice. Second, the Pork Al Pastor was tough and lacked flavour. If not for the sauces and toppings, it would have been very disappointing. Third, if you’ve ever seen those clips of Chipotle putting toppings onto a burrito, this place may beat them. I thought I might have had the owner putting the protein and toppings onto the burrito because it was minimal at best. Lastly and most important, the burrito only was close to $20 CAD. For $20 CAD, I expected the burrito to be sufficient to at least fill me up. It did not. Overall, burritos for some reason in Montreal are all overpriced, but I would likely only order it again if I saw a two for one deal.
