This restaurant needs to take food safety seriously. I ordered a chicken burrito and received meat instead, which led to a dangerous allergy reaction. I reported it immediately and called three times, yet no one took responsibility or followed up. This isn’t just a mistake it’s a public health risk. Food safety is basic. If a restaurant can’t handle food allergies or follow up when a health incident happens, they shouldn’t be selling food

The service here was horrible! They completely burnt my burrito and wrapped it so badly that the top was soggy salad while all the dry meat ended up at the bottom. None of the flavours came together. Overall a very unpleasant experience!

Ordered on the app, got there 10 minutes later, they still haven’t done my burrito. Made me wait 20 minutes as they pass through all the people who didn’t order on the app (poor queue management) then they get one of our burritos wrong and redo it. The guy who made my burrito did it very poorly and conveyed a strong melancholic mood as if he hated his job. All the meat was bunched up at the bottom of the burrito in one small compact ball, and as a cherry on top, he burned both burritos. Very bad location, they need to retrain the staff.

I’ve ordered the bureau tacos from this place and I STONGLY advise you to avoid this place at all cost. The birria was not even grilled like mentionned, the cheese was not melted, there was no sauce and the condiments were not the price I paid for. I paid 52$ on uber and I would have paid 10$ max for this stuff. When I tell you there was no effort, there was litteraly nothing in those tacos.

Got the family combo, says it feeds 4 it was enough for 2, we had to find other arrangements and for 90$ this is really pushing it. First time trying your establishment unfortunately there won't be a second time. Tortillas came in the original packaging that was torn. No care for the end customer just thrown there for cattle seems like. 1
