The food is consistently fresh, well-prepared, and made in front of you, which adds to the overall experience. The service is excellent, and Bahaa stands out for his professionalism and strong customer service skills. The team is efficient, and the occasional special offers are a great added value. It’s a place I enjoy visiting regularly and would recommend to others.

Deeply Concerning Hygiene Issues I don’t even know where to begin. Let me start by being very clear: the two gentlemen behind the counter—especially the younger one—were kind, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. I truly appreciated their attitude and friendliness, and I wish them the very best. However, this is one of the dirtiest food establishments I have ever stepped into. The level of lack of hygiene is simply shocking, especially considering the volume of customers they seem to serve. There were visible buckets of garbage overflowing behind the counter, spills throughout the prep area, and grime on floors, walls, and countertops that clearly hasn’t been addressed in some time. More concerning was the food handling itself: • Ingredient bins appeared cross-contaminated (corn mixed with other items, etc.) • Several ingredients looked like they had been sitting out for too long • The beans were in an unusual watery state • The chicken lacked proper grilling and appearance • Overall, cleanliness and food safety standards seemed neglected As someone with a Latino background, I say this respectfully: I have never seen food prepared in this condition. My friends who brought me here enjoyed their experience, but I personally could not get past what I was seeing. The photos will speak for themselves. To be candid, this appears to be an ownership and management issue—not a staff attitude issue. The team on site was kind, but they are working within a system that is clearly failing them. This is not just about preference—it is a health concern. Foodborne illness is real, and it doesn’t take much. Because of the seriousness of these issues, I have to leave a 1-star review at this time. That said, I remain open to revisiting this review in the future if significant improvements are made and proper standards are implemented.

I really love this place but I need to remind myself to stop getting the "ground beef" selection. Every single time I 'gave it a chance' I am reminding that it is revolting to eat, I 'almost' throw out the burrito. I got it again today from uber eats, and quickly realized why my auto selection is with chicken, it's the better option. I never had a problem with staff, they were always kind and accomodating, (extra sauce, sprinkle of xyz). All in all, everything else is great. Still 10/10.

Food was great and service was good but the restaurant itself isn't that clean I'm not sure of it was just the day I visited or not but the cleanliness of the dining area wasn't good with sticky tables and chairs as well as an unidentified oder in the entire area that wasn't appetizing. Personally of you are gonna order from here it's better as take out.

Unfortunately, I have to update my once 5-star review of this Quesada. It no longer feels like the same place, and I suspect there’s been a change in management. I gave it three chances, and each visit was a disappointment. The staff was rude and struggled to communicate, portions were noticeably smaller, the food was lukewarm, and—most surprisingly—Indian music was playing in a Mexican restaurant. It’s sad to see one of my favorite fast-food spots decline like this.

Service is great as always but the food quality has gotten so bad. Stale rice, hard undercooked beans, hard and burnt chicken and overall super dry from the lack of sauce they put on. Also the portions have shrunk massively since a couple of years ago. Really disappointed.

Please please please check the UberEats settings when it comes to the Burrito, for some reason lettuce isn’t even an option that can be added 💔 !!!! I tried to call to have it added but the phone doesn’t seem to be much of a priority (maybe bc it’s busy) but if the option were available I wouldn’t have to bother people hard at work.
