Extremely disappointed. My wife, daughter, and I were on St-Hubert shopping for my daughter’s wedding dress and decided to stop at this deli out of nostalgia, since I grew up in Villeray. Big mistake. My daughter and I ordered smoked meat, medium fat. What we got was dry, tasteless meat with hard edges on stale rye bread. It honestly tasted like it had been pre-packaged and reheated in a microwave. Completely unacceptable. My wife ordered a gyro pita and received what looked like a joke: a single thin slice of meat, more like a Philly steak than a gyro, not fresh at all, with barely any fillings. Quality has clearly fallen off a cliff. This place is living off its past reputation. We will never return.
