We went to Quatro Bistro yesterday and had such a great experience from start to finish. Every single plate was beautifully presented and full of flavor. The ceviche was fresh and perfectly balanced. The yucca fries were crispy on the outside and soft inside, seasoned just right. The calamari was tender and the plantains had that perfect sweet-savory contrast. The lomo saltado was a standout. Super tender, well-seasoned, and paired perfectly with the rice. Comforting and packed with flavor. I also had a pisco sour, which was to die for! It was honestly one of the best I’ve had. Beyond the food, the service was warm, attentive, and welcoming without being overbearing. The atmosphere was vibrant yet relaxed. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and looking for amazing food, great drinks, and a fantastic overall experience.
