Very good food (moules et frites, paella, pescadore). Reasonable prices, compared to other seafood restaurants. Good service. It is very hard to find the right words to describe the atmosphere (both relaxing and stimulating) but it was different, and good.

As much as I would like to give Quai Chic Taverne 5 stars, I cannot. While the paella was tasty enough, I've had paella in Mallorca and mainland Spain, and this was not that. The servers were very kind, but the main one attending to us never came over to ask if we needed anything, to refresh our wine from the bottle we bought, and 40 minutes later when the food was served, no side plates for the mussel shells from the paella. It's too bad because the atmosphere was really nice inside, but not enough to bring me back.

Food was amazing, staff is friendly, service was a tad slow but not too bad. The atmosphere is a bit weird as you have the dining room, the bar and video poker all within view of each other. The zones are divided, but not by walls. The "Quay" poutine was really, really good (poutine with tender pieces of steak on top)
