Today, I ordered from Uber Eats and got a noodle burger. I specifically called them to request that they use fresh patties instead of frozen ones. But even after that, they sent me a burger with frozen patties. The girl on the phone said they always use fresh patties, but clearly, that wasn’t the case. Eating frozen patties in a noodle burger completely ruins the taste and the overall experience. I’ve mentioned this before, and I’m sure others have complained as well. So please, start using fresh patties consistently, or else you’ll keep getting bad reviews. I’m not the only one who’ll be disappointed, and I really hope you correct this mistake once and for all.
