We enjoyed our food at laval location. Appetisers and Main course very delicious. Definitely recommend and coming again. Must try Dahi puri, mango lassi, Paneer Tikka, Dal Makhan, Panner Butter Masala and tandoori roti. I loved it all. Everyone should try it once you will definitely love it. Do not forget to try Gajrela and Gulab Jamun for some sweetness

Amazing experience at Grand opening of Punjab Canteen in Laval! The food and hospitality was a 10/10. Will definitely be back to try out more yummy foods and as well recommend my friends and family to make a visit here😊

Very bad experience, service is very slow. People are highly irresponsible, we waited 1 hour for our food. They mixed orders, silvered wrong orders to us. I will not recommend to anyone to go and dine in there

We received our appetizer after the main course, and the mains were served cold and not at the same time. The kitchen did a great job preparing fresh and tasty food, but the lack of proper service affected the overall experience. I’m not criticizing too much since it was their grand opening, and I would like to give it another try because the food was excellent. I’m hoping they will improve their service moving forward.

My family and I visited Punjab Canteen in Laval on their grand opening, and we were genuinely impressed from start to finish. The space is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, giving the restaurant a welcoming and modern atmosphere. The service was excellent — attentive, friendly, and fast. The owners were present the entire time, checking in on us to make sure everything was perfect, and they even surprised us with complimentary desserts, which was such a thoughtful touch. The food was absolutely amazing. The biryani was my personal favorite — full of flavor and perfectly cooked. The lamb rogan josh and chicken tikka masala were also incredibly delicious. Every dish tasted fresh and authentic. We’ll definitely be going back, and I highly recommend Punjab Canteen to anyone who wants to savour a rich and authentic taste of Punjabi cuisine.

Just visited Punjab Canteen and honestly, this place is amazing! The food tastes super fresh and homemade — like real Punjabi cooking, not the usual restaurant-style stuff. The butter chicken was unreal and the naan came out hot and fluffy, exactly how it should be. Their vegetarian dishes are just as good, especially the paneer — highly recommend! The staff are really friendly and make you feel welcome right away. Service was quick, portions were big, and everything was full of flavour. Prices are great for the quality too. If you love Indian food, or even if you just want to try something new, definitely check out Punjab Canteen. I’m already planning my next visit 😌🔥

We ordered fries, chicken tikka, paneer tikka, chole bhature and aloo tikki. It took almost 2 hours to get our order and within that time we only got the fries and aloo tikki (which was cold). We asked if there is anything else prepared but they said they had nothing ready. Anyways, since it was their first day not much can be said, but I hope in the future we don't have to face this again. Just an advice, the simplest way of doing restaurant business is value your costumer's time with warm and fresh food.
