The worst service ever!!! Would not recommend coming here ever again. No wonder why this restaurant is empty since they don’t know how to treat their customers. Cannot even provide the bare minimum service such as serving water and napkins. We had to get up and get spoons and napkins from other tables. The person who took our order had so much attitude and was just talking on her phone the whole time!

I had a very disappointing experience at Punjabi Canteen in Laval. I ordered the Amritsari kulcha, but the taste was very poor and nothing like an authentic Amritsari kulcha. The flavor was off and the quality did not meet expectations at all. Unfortunately, the dish was so bad that it didn’t even feel worth the money. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this place if you are looking for good Indian food. In my opinion, it doesn’t even deserve a 0-star rating.

truly exceeded my expectations. The food is absolutely outstanding fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. Every dish we tried was rich in authentic taste, from the tender meats to the perfectly baked naan. You can really tell that everything is prepared with care and high-quality ingredients. The service was just as impressive. The staff is welcoming, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure you have a great experience. From the moment we walked in, we felt well taken care of.

Punjab Canteen is a fantastic spot for flavorful, authentic Indian food. The butter chicken is rich and perfectly spiced. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the service is friendly and attentive. Definitely a place I’d happily return to!

Went there after 9pm. Excellent food, naan were the perfect combination between fondant et croustillant. Very clean and welcoming. Nice staff.

The restaurant is very nice with beautiful paintings of elephants. The food is good. However, the wait time is too long, especially for people coming for lunch and having to go back to work waiting to be served for over an hour. Therefore, we wouldn’t go back during lunch hour.
