I made a reservation for 13 people as we had some people visiting from Australia and New Zealand. I arrived 10 mins early for my reservation, which was confirmed the day prior, and the host said he had no record of the reservation and that the venue was full. No fault of his if it was not entered but it made for a very awkward explaining I had to do to the group. We made our way up the street and found another venue however there was no help by way of the staff at St Patrick Pub.

Irish stew for $29 was small and had a few shreds of beef. Just a bowl of potatoes and peas. My friend had fish and chips. The fish was good but the chips were mushy.

I used to love it here, but just had the worst meal I've ever had in Quebec City. The "Belfast Salmon" is $3 more than it was 10 months ago, but - and this is not an exaggeration - the salmon portion is 25% the size it used to be. What used to be flavorful mashed potatoes, is now a tiny portion of bland instant rice. The vegetables tasted bad. The sauce tasted bad. I ate less than 50% of the food presented. And the 1 beverage I had - they overcharged from the price on the menu. I feel horrible about not tipping the server, but I would dispute the entire bill & feel ripped off. I'll probably never go back. Oh - and they put me in a corner near the front door & even while wearing 3 layers, I was *freezing* every time a customer entered or exited.

Loved this place, nice staff, nice place, want to enjoy a drink, or bar food? This is the place, I came here 3 times due to how amazing the customer service was. One of the best bars in town. No reservation needed.

The first place we ate when we got into town. Really cool place. Food and drinks were excellent. Nice atmosphere/decor. Our waiter Marc took good care of us.
