Can't speak to the food, but the service was terrible. They made us wait to be seated for far too long when the place was half empty, then after we got seated we sat and waited 10 minutes and then left without being served.

My friend and I were there two weeks ago. We received good service at first, but after we paid our bill, we were completely ignored by a female server. We asked for water a couple of times, but she just kept telling us to 'wait a moment' while she served other customers. When I approached her about it, she played dumb, acted as if she didn't know what I was talking about, and gave me a mocking smirk.

This used to be my favorite spot to have a Guiness... we visit Quebec often. Unfortunately, our last visit was absolutely horrible service, we were so dissapointed. The hostess was rude, we went downstairs and the girls were too busy talking about makeup to serve us, after 15 minutes we went back upstairs and sat at the bar. Unfortunately after 10 minutes of the bartender walking back and for preparing drinks for tables, we waited for him to ask for our order...he walked to the end of bar and serve patron sitting there...didn't even make contact with us...after 30 minutes, still no drink, so we left...and went up the street. I was so dissapointed, my husband even more as he is Irish and felt at home before this recent trip.☹️

We were fortunate enough to be in Quebec City while Montréal Canadiens were playing in the finals!! Our cab driver from the airport told us to check out St. Patrick's Irish Pub! Walking distance from our hotel! It was a blast!

We got there, the person greeting us was expeditive and had a bad attitude, showed us a small table on the terrasse, we asked to get another one, pointing to another table but snapped back that there's a baby carriage close.. anyway long story short, we waited at least 15 minutes, waiter wizzed by.. never looked at us so we got up and had our drinks to the neighboring terrasse where the service was excellent.

What a great Irish pub! The staff was fantastic! The food was delicious! The building is fun fun to walk around and check out, downstairs is a must very cool! Thanks Pub Saint Patrick for an awesome experience!!!!! 5-20-26

Had a great time at Saint Patrick's Pub! We sat outside to enjoy a few beers on a beautiful day, and the atmosphere was wonderful. The waitress was incredibly friendly and made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

What a great, accommodating establishment! We were a group of 26 who wanted a quiet place to enjoy good food and drink, and chat among ourselves without having to be limited to a fixed menu or consolidated bill. Saint Patrick's filled the task wonderfully. We had our own room, and each could order off the entire menu. I personally enjoyed my first "Irish Car Bomb" and it was excellent! The Irish Stew and Shepherd Pie were classic. Everyone enjoyed our meals, at reasonable prices. The staff was awesome!

Food was delicious, staff we very friendly and helpful, outdoor seating is cramped, but even with a small space they make it feel welcoming. Highly recommend if your ever in Quebec City

Went there on a Thursday at 4pm. The place was already packed due to the rainy temperature. Had a fish and chip with a pint. Service was really quick and friendly. The food was also excellent. The only issue with the place was the live music that was too loud and honestly, the singer should stock to songs in French. His English ones are not great

Was very loud for the game. Had to ask to turn it down. Food was mediocre. They forgot to put in one of our orders. I felt for the waiter, he was kind and did the right thing. I’m not one to complain but we flew a long way to enjoy the vibe in Quebec and felt it was a bit of a miss.

We were three couples for dinner. The waiter had us pay (by machine) before we had our receipts. Said he would bring the itemized receipts afterwards. Two of the couples had additional items charged (additional meals) and we were unable to get a correction or reimbursement for the overcharge. Very disappointing

We had reservations. The pub was crowded and noisy but it was a Friday. We were brought our drinks but then sat there for 35 minutes with no one taking our order although staff talked among themselves. I finally had to shout to get a server's attention. We asked for our bill, paid for our drinks and left.

Terrible!!!!. First server messed up two orders. Then a server was finishing his shift so he asked us to pay mid meal , I paid. ($150) The new server comes in and she’s says we HAVE to buy more as she is losing money and that we came in at a bad time because it was a shift change. That we were taking up space in her section (whole section was empty). We explained we were just staying until the rugby was over, basically said “consume or leave”. Awful service.
