Gave it another try today and it was an entirely different experience. The staff still gathered at the end of the bar but at least not at the expense of customer service. Staff is also taking care of cleaning fridges, mirrors and overall environnement. Waitress regularly made sure I was ok and that I was enjoying my drink and meal. I'm revising my evaluation and hope it'll stay that way. Each and everytime I go there, the barmaids sit at the corner of the bar, talking with friends and ignoring the rest of the customers. Takes forever to get any kind of service. Food is good though, when you manage to get someone interested in taking your order. I'll switch back to Duke and Devine, not too far off this place and where barmaids are into providing you with better service.
