I've been a patron of Duke and Devine's since it first opened, and the current management has made some VERY positive shifts in the quality and consistency of their offerings. One case in point: Wife and I attended the Irish Mingle on March 7, 2026, and it was nothing short of amazing. Our area has needed something like this for a long time, and the execution of this event was excellent. The entertainment (thanks to Mariner's Curse) was spot on. They easily engaged the entire crowd with Irish and Canadian folk music, along with some great sea shanties. Overall I find that the staff is ALWAYS efficient, they are friendly and handle large crowds with ease. The food was top-notch (which is typical, honestly). I had my personal favorite, the Beef Stew, and in my opinion it’s a perfect comfort food. Give it a try! Also, check out Trivia Night with Roshi on Wednesdays. It's usually packed, so be sure to reserve in advance.

I ordered nachos with dip, guacamole and cheese. However what I received did not resemble nacho chips. And they were really greasy in deep fried oil. My partner ordered a hamburger which arrived extremely soggy. He couldn’t finish it because the bread was really wet. Neither could I eat the nachos as they were glued onto the paper with cheese. Now for the drinks - they were A1 100%! The Guinness from the tap was amazing. The service was quick and the waitresses were very nice and accommodating. And the live singer was a nice touch too. Overall I would return for the drinks but not for the food. Thank you.

I organized a family party where we had the whole restaurant to ourselves for our group of 50+ people. It was a 5-star experience and everyone was super happy with their evening. Robert the new owner was super friendly and the communication was very easy prior to the date. The service was impeccable (very impressive for such a big group), the food excellent, and very well priced considering the quality. They even had a few vegan options on the menu that were very tasty. I'll make sure to come back on a regular night for live-music and will for sure come back when I'm looking for a restaurant for a group.
