They have messy organization. We have been waiting almost 40 minutes for just a hotdog and salad. Four or five group of person behind us had order already. Really bad service.
Service is excellent. Thanks to John for a Wondeful service. He is very friendly, and kind. Highly recommended this place. Food is great!

It was my first time at Poutineville but it will definitely not be my last. The waiter, John, was incredibly courteous and fast with his service. I appreciated my time there and especially the sub! Thank you for being such a great place to stop in for a quick bite to eat.

Stopped here while walking around Montreal looking for poutine and I’m so glad I did. Tons of options, which made it hard to choose, but the food & drinks were soooo good. This was my first poutine in Montreal and it’ll be hard to top. Also, my waiter John was great! 10/10 stop :)

Absolutely great service all around, all of the poutine options are amazing and you can even create your own. Would recommend for a tourist 10/10.
I had such a great experience thanks to our server, Jon (Yanis). He truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. It’s rare to receive service that thoughtful these days, and it really made the whole experience even better. Thank you, Jon, for your amazing service — it did not go unnoticed!

John was wonderful, my family and I are visiting and came in to try the poutine. He was attentive and entertaining the whole time! He made great recommendations for food (try the milkshakes!) thank you for taking care of us.

the server was very nice and patient with me. the food was pretty good too. i got poutine (i chose steak and mozzarella to go on it) and a glass of cheval blanc beer.
some great food, perfect way to have authentic poutine for the first time, and just for the cherry on top the servers where one of a kind, very friendly and fun.
Excellent milkshakes, very welcoming to trans folk when we went, and of course the Montrealer poutine is incredible.
John treated us very well! I was visiting from Boston with my friend from Montreal who recommended Poutineville and it blew every other poutine I'd ever had out of the water. Service was excellent, food even moreso! Pictured is the large; probably feeds three to four people. Bon appetit!

John was super helpful with allergy (specifically gluten) issues. Made you feel right and home and welcomed me and family. Food was great and would come back again.

Best option for poutine in Montreal! The most friendly waiter, John, helped us choose the tastiest poutine (Montrealer). Visiting from Toronto, we would definitely recommend for first timers!
