Quick service even in the lunch rush. Lots of traditional food. A popular spot with the locals and a great place to stop on the road. Steamies and poutine are my favorite. Before and after pictures are proof!

Stopped in for lunch returning from Montreal back to Ottawa. Had poutine and a hotdog. Hot dog was fine (bit undercooked if I'm honest). Only one size poutine, smallish bowl, for $9.99. Poutine was extremely MEH. Everything was just OK. Fries weren't the crispiest, gravy was blah, oddly too much cheese which didn't melt at all and was mostly a big blob in the bottom of the bowl. Quebec as the home of the OG poutine, should lead one to expect better. Have had MUCH better in MTL and OTT even at a road -side chip truck. Disappointing. Don't think I would return to a La Belle Province.

Hands down the BEST La Belle Province I’ve ever been to. The poutine was unreal — perfectly crispy fries, rich gravy, and tons of fresh cheese curds. The steamés were classic and loaded just right. The fries were hot and golden, and the smoked meat was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. Everything tasted fresh and made with care. On top of that, the place was spotless. The dining area was super clean, tables were wiped down, and the whole restaurant felt well maintained and welcoming. Definitely coming back!

Wanting to experience true traditional Quebec dishes, this is the place to go. Happy with the service and the food, I would definitely eat here again.
