Hands down the BEST La Belle Province I’ve ever been to. The poutine was unreal — perfectly crispy fries, rich gravy, and tons of fresh cheese curds. The steamés were classic and loaded just right. The fries were hot and golden, and the smoked meat was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. Everything tasted fresh and made with care. On top of that, the place was spotless. The dining area was super clean, tables were wiped down, and the whole restaurant felt well maintained and welcoming. Definitely coming back!

Wanting to experience true traditional Quebec dishes, this is the place to go. Happy with the service and the food, I would definitely eat here again.
