My order was placed through Uber eats for a restaurant called MTL subs. It took approximately an hour to get to us and when I received the bag from Uber, I noticed it said Poutine boss on it which was very confusing but thought perhaps the bag broke and the driver reused a bag from his car. I open the bag to find the most disgusting food I have ever seen and a receipt that again said Poutine bros. MY QUESTION TO POUTINE BROS IS WHY IS YOUR RESTAURANT BEING ADVERTISED AS SOMETHING ENTIRELY DIFFERENT (MTL SUBS) AND WHY HAVE YOU YET TO CORRECT IT? Had the food that arrived were the least bit edible, I don't think I'd be so aggravated but your restaurant isn't anywhere near MTL SUBS standards and taste! Fix the issue on Uber and stop advertising yourself as MTL SUBS on Uber eats and stop selling garbage food. Have some standards! Oh, and change the oil in your deep fry because fries shouldn't taste like everything but a potato!
