great taste and texture, all fresh from the fryer. None of that pasty, greasy trash that's been sitting under a heatlamp for hours. Competent, local and friendly faces behind the counter. only downside is that none of their sauces really seem to hit the spot for me.

I called to order and they forced me to order online. Fine. I placed my order and picked it up but when I got home, realized they forgot a coleslaw and 2 sauces. That's like 6$+tx right there. An easy 10%; right in your pocket! Nice one.

Had to wait in line for 10 minutes for some of the worst spicey chicken I've ever had. Drenched in smoked paprika and cayenne; if I wasn't starving I would have asked for a refund. Ps do not get the blue cheese dipping sauce.

This is NOT fried chicken, this is breaded chicken strips. Waffle fries are McCains and even though the place was super busy, the fries are soggy and chewey instead of crisp. Very disappointing and very overpriced Costco chicken strips are 10 times better than this, save your money
