think chipotle but 10x better. The food is exceptional, we tried several of the bowls, all of them very flavourful. The service was amazing as we catered for an event and everything that was needed was delivered

We just recently had Poulet Rouge at our Girls All-Star event in Saint-Jean-sur Richelieu and it was perfect fuel for our Athletes! High protein, healthy carbs, good amount of veggies. Exactly what the body needs to make sure the players are performing to the best of their ability.

Honestly, the best meal we’ve had at our event. Very tasty. I had the Volcano flavour. Not too spicy. Would recommend! 100%

Today I visited Poulet Rouge in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. The staff was welcoming, everything was very clean, and the ingredients were fresh — just as I’ve come to expect from Poulet Rouge. I’ve been a loyal customer since the first location opened at Angrignon Mall . That’s why I was surprised by today’s portion size. I received three quite small pieces of chicken, whereas at my usual location I typically get four large, generous pieces that nearly cover the plate. I’m leaving a 4-star review because everything else was great — the only missing star is for that one missing piece of chicken. I’m sharing this feedback simply because I appreciate the brand and value consistency across locations

As the chicken filets given to us by our suppliers can vary in size occasionally, our teams must regularly adjust according to what they have received. When their size is adequate, we offer the portion as presented. However, when their size is smaller than usual, we add a piece or two to compensate for the size, as our customers must receive the correct amount of chicken as ordered. Although undesirable, it is, therefore, a regular thing. Easily the best chicken bowl I’ve had in a long time! The chicken was perfectly grilled—charred on the outside but incredibly juicy on the inside. I loved that the base options felt fresh and weren't soggy. I highly recommend the smoked chipotle it adds the perfect kick without overpowering the other ingredients. The portions are generous enough for two meals, which is rare these days. The staff was super efficient even during the lunch rush, and the space was spotless. If you're looking for a healthy, high-protein meal that actually tastes amazing, this is the spot!
