The food was okay but the service ruined all the experience not gonna try again i wish they had better costumer service. Asked more than 3 times for a second fork and they keep ignoring me!! Idk what to say honestly.

Staff is extremely friendly and fast service. Food is decent however find it pricey for the amount you receive and that is to no fault oc the staff but the concept itself. More for your buck somewhere else.

Nice & delicious fresh halal chicken Mediterranean style bowls with fresh veggies & rice. Good portion size. Just that the chicken portion size was very small & so I have rated 4 star for that otherwise taste & freshness was on point.

As the chicken fillets given to us by our suppliers can vary in size occasionally, our teams must regularly adjust according to what they have received. When their size is adequate, we offer the portion as presented. However, when their size is smaller than usual, we add a piece or two to compensate for the size, as our customers must receive the correct amount of chicken as ordered. Although undesirable, it is, therefore, a regular thing. If you're visiting Quebec City and looking for a place that makes you feel genuinely welcome the moment you walk in, Poulet Rouge is the place to be. From the second we arrived, the staff greeted us with warmth and hospitality that you don't always find — they were attentive, friendly, and made our entire dining experience feel special. As a Muslim family, finding halal options while travelling can sometimes be a challenge so discovering that Poulet Rouge is halal was an absolute bonus and made the experience even more special. It was actually my first time dining here, and I couldn't have chosen a better place to try. Now, let's talk about the food because the Volcano Chicken absolutely stole the show. This dish is something else entirely. Bold, fiery, and packed with incredible flavour, it lived up to its name in the best possible way. Every bite was a perfect balance of heat and taste that left us wanting more. And the kids? They were completely won over by the Chocolate Mousse they loved every spoonful and it was the perfect sweet ending to a fantastic meal. Seeing them enjoy it so much made the whole outing even more memorable. Poulet Rouge doesn't just serve great chicken they serve an experience. Halal, delicious, and family-friendly, this is a must-visit spot in Quebec City.

This place was great, the quality of the food was next level, we went on a sunday so the atmosphere was pretty relaxed and the service was exceptional! It is a little pricey, but the quality is worth it! We will be back for other special occasions 😊

The food was so good. The food court was easy to access. The chicken and sauces and spices were perfect. Lots of toppings to choose from. Decent servings. Friendly staff but fyi they didn't speak English. No worries. We got everything we wanted to get.
