Went there with my cousin late night was one of the most delicious bowls Ive had from any other poulet rouge.

I have to say out of all the poulet rouges I have gone to, I was really impressed by their customer service. When I walked in everyone say hello with a smile on their face. The staff is super friendly and polite. I even had to ask if there were newly opened as it has been a few years since I was in this area. I was pleasantly surprised to hear they were open for 2 years now. Really enjoyed my experience, now that I now they exist I’ll try to pass by more often.

Extremely friendly staff. Very nice atmosphere good lightning and overall clean looking (and actually clean) place. Food was great very consistent. Staff that was there on 28/05/2026 around 9:30-10pm needs a raise💯.

I paid $20 for a bowl and got exactly THREE tiny pieces of chicken). The portion size for the price is completely ridiculous. To make matters worse, the customer service was awful. The cashier completely failed to apply my discount before I paid. Even though it was entirely her fault and she admitted it, she flat-out refused to fix it or give me my discount after the transaction went through. Zero effort to resolve her own mistake. Save your money and go somewhere that actually gives you a decent portion of protein and decent service. I won't be back.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointed with Poulet Rouge. I found a chicken bone in my chicken while eating, and it ended up in my mouth. It was honestly very dangerous and completely ruined my meal. Someone could easily choke or get hurt from this. The food was not good overall, and after that experience I couldn’t keep eating. Very disappointed with the quality and care. I would not come back.

This was a busy spot when I stopped in for dinner around 430 or 5 on a Wednesday. But they move pretty quick and I wasn't waiting long at all. Staff were nice and it was pretty clean behind the counter from what I seen. I tried a lemon chicken bowl. I liked the amount of options available for building yoir bowl. Overall was great here and the food wss very good for fast food.
