Waited over an hour for our delivery and when it finally arrived, one of the bowls was completely missing. Uber Eats only refunded the item itself, but we still paid extra in taxes and service fees for food we never received. Tried calling the restaurant and got no resolution at all. Really disappointing experience from start to finish. Never again.

I like poulet rouge, but I got discourage to eat in this place in Masson Street. The staff are not nice. I had a bad experience, because they don't allow their washroom to be used by customers, they locked it only for chosen people . I asked many times , but I failed, just need to pee, so I left and throw my food in the garbage. I find it also dirty because I found hair in their food. Never go back their anymore, disgusting.
I enjoyed my visit here quite a bit. The ordering process was smooth and quick, the workers were cheerful and polite, and the food was satisfying. The atmosphere inside felt warm and comfortable too. I’d gladly return another time.
