I like poulet rouge, but I got discourage to eat in this place in Masson Street. The staff are not nice. I had a bad experience, because they don't allow their washroom to be used by customers, they locked it only for chosen people . I asked many times , but I failed, just need to pee, so I left and throw my food in the garbage. I find it also dirty because I found hair in their food. Never go back their anymore, disgusting.

I enjoyed my visit here quite a bit. The ordering process was smooth and quick, the workers were cheerful and polite, and the food was satisfying. The atmosphere inside felt warm and comfortable too. I’d gladly return another time.

I order from Poulet Rouge every Tuesday after work. When I arrive to pick up my order the staff always greets me with the most genuine smile, ask me how I am and makes a little convo while I wait. Last week for the first time ever, they made a mistake in my order. I called and they told me that when I come for my weekly order that I'd get a free bowl. I came, they recognized me right away, took care of it and even added in two free drinks to make up for it. A beautiful team and atmosphere. I'm sure they bless the food with all their love.
