Absolutely incredible service and genuinely awesome staff. Strongly recommend this location. You walk into Poulet Rouge wanting BBQ, spice, smoke, sauce, and comfort food that actually hits the spot, and this place delivers. The chicken is tender, juicy, flavorful, and loaded with taste. Nobody’s pretending this is fine dining, and that’s exactly why it works. It knows what it is, and it does it extremely well. Bonus points for the staff being genuinely kind humans too. If you're in a pinch, they'll let you use the restroom without acting like you’re negotiating a hostage release.

The chicken tenders are all pre-cooked and therefore dry and only tepid once they reheat them. Not worth the price.

We have been regulars here since they opened and every time we are met with smiles and the best service ever. Everyone is so kind and also prepares everything so quickly. Shout out to the best poulet rouge ever thank you!!!!

I went to Poulet Rouge and the experience was very bad. The workers treated me with a very bad attitude and did not want to accept my money because I had a small broken piece. Money is still money. Instead of looking for a solution, they were rude and unprofessional. A shame, because the place could be good, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
