Im glad that, after the Alexis Nihon dining area renovation, there are decent Halal restaurants now. In this Poulet Rouge particularly, the customer service is amazing, the cashier is very kind and always in a good mood, and the other workers always give a generous portion of quality food and flavourful chicken. Hope it continues to provide excellent service and food, as it opened a couple months ago. Never been disappointed everytime I bought here.

Very fast and efficient service as well as friendly and professional workers there. I got a poutine with the chicken BBQ flavour. I found the food to be tasty and quite filling for the price I had paid. The chicken was cooked perfectly. Great addition to the new food court at Alexis Nihon, delicious grilled chicken with poutine!

This is a great place in the food court. I've gotten food from some of my friends here, and it's always been stellar. My only complaint would be the price, which feels a bit on the mid-high end, but I couldn't complain too much since the food is relatively good and it is prepared quickly with a bounty of options.

I had a wonderful experience at Poulet Rouge- Alexis Nihon and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for fresh, flavorful food and great service. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and very efficient. Even though the restaurant was busy, the team handled orders quickly while remaining attentive and helpful. They were happy to answer questions about the menu and made the ordering process smooth and enjoyable. The food was excellent. The chicken was perfectly cooked—tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The variety of sauces and toppings allows you to customize your meal exactly how you like it, which makes the experience even better. Great food and very friendly staff. One of the staff always recognizes me and makes good conversation. This is my favourite place to eat by far in the Alexis Nihon mall. I always order the volcano flavour poutine. So many toppings to choose from that are always fresh, and the flavour on the chicken is incredible. Fries always good quality. Come here for great service and food
