I came at the time of lunch. Amazing food and excellent service at Poulet Rouge Côte-des-Neiges! The chicken is delicious, the portions are generous, and everything is fresh and full of flavor. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend this location.

13 October I came for Lunch in the restaurant.The restaurant is so clean. Employees using proper hygiene while making the bowls. Food is super tasty. Definitely gonna come back. One of my favourite place❤️.

I went during the 2 for 1 promo last week and the wait was definitely worth it. We got greeted by Mohit who was super patient and kind no matter how full the restaurant was (it was never ending) The team still kept their composure with respect! Thank you to the two beautiful girls and the two guys on grilling duty! Even with all the ruckus they rocked and everything about my bowl was delicious not a single grain of rice left! THANK YOU!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent customer service at Poulet Rouge Côte-des-Neiges! I had an issue with a mobile order and only realized there was an error when I arrived to pick it up. The staff handled the situation amazingly well. They corrected my order right away and even offered me a complimentary meal to make things right — no questions asked. I really appreciated how friendly, professional, and understanding they were. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. I highly recommend this location, not only for the food but especially for their outstanding customer service. I had a wonderful experience at Poulet Rouge, and I especially want to appreciate Mohit, the manager. He was extremely friendly, professional, and welcoming. He made sure everything was taken care of and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. His positive attitude, patience, and excellent customer service really stood out. You can tell that he genuinely cares about both the customers and the team. Thank you, Mohit, for making our visit so enjoyable! Excellent service and highly recommended!

It was a good experience for me,the two flavour rice bowl is my favourite there and there is a cashier named Hugo he is very helpful and well behaving with the customers.
