The staff was incredibly welcoming from the cashier to the person helping me choose my ingredients. I was greeted at the entrance by William, who I honestly thought was the owner because of how professional and attentive he was but he’s an employee, and he still made our ordering experience amazing. This was hands down the best service I’ve ever had at a Poulet Rouge. Friendly, helpful, and efficient from start to finish. I highly recommend this location to anyone who wants great food and outstanding service. Don’t hesitate come here, you won’t regret it!

Poulet Rouge is truly a Montreal icon. There’s nothing quite as good and healthy when it comes to fast food. The manager is extremely friendly, and this location stands out for its generous portions. Highly recommended!

The restaurant is only a few months old and seems always busy, although there is little to no wait since the branch owner and his team work efficiently and tirelessly to provide delicious and affordable food to all guests. And always with a large SMILE 😊 Only yesterday we have ordered 10 bowls for pick up and although I showed up 5 minutes too early, everything was ready and warm, and yummy! Everyone enjoyed their food. Highly recommended!
