This Poulet Rouge is amazing their chicken is always perfect. But for me the main thing is the customer service, truly one of best experiences I’ve ever had customer service wise. I came past closing and they accommodated me and let me and my friend get bowls.

Amazing food every time. So fresh and full of flavor, it never disappoints. The staff are genuinely sweet and sooo friendly, which makes the whole experience even better. Easy 5/5.

Good service, delicious food, and beautiful location! I tried this location today instead of going to my usual Poulet Rouge and it was great! I didn't expect a kind and enthusiastic welcome. I wasn't sure about the new sauce and was offered to try it and they even showed me that I can still get my old favourite sauce (Hot Chili)! Would definitely come back~ Thank you again for a great service!

3oz chicken with Rice,salads,cheese is very expensive,it socks,the picture looks better chicken breast,what you get is very small and mean,stingy,I always tell my friends. One a month dinner.

Hello Abdool and thank you for your review. As the chicken filets given to us by our suppliers can vary in size occasionally, our teams must regularly adjust according to what they have received. When their size is adequate, we offer the portion as presented. However, when their size is smaller than usual, we add a piece or two to compensate for the size, as our customers must receive the correct amount of chicken as ordered. Although undesirable, it is, therefore, a regular thing.
