I had an amazing experience at Poulet Rouge in Saguenay! A special shoutout to the manager who really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted — that level of care made a big difference. The service was consistently excellent, and the food never disappointed. I stayed in Saguenay for 4 days, and I ended up coming here every single day — that says it all! Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for great food and even better service.
