Pleasantly surprised by this healthy fast-food option. The Poulet Rouge bowls were excellent; the chicken was juicy, tender and tasty! We really enjoyed the raspberry dessert 😋

Excellent experience!the chicken was flavorful and perfectly grilled, and the service was fast and professional. The manager was very friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better.

Food is not good. They even didn’t put my order in bag they hand it and give the bag separately.

Absolutely amazing experience — easily a 10/10 and honestly deserving of 10,000 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment we walked in, the service was exceptional. The person who attended us was incredibly kind, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely made us feel valued the entire time. It’s rare to find someone who treats customers with so much warmth and care. The food was absolutely fantastic — fresh, flavorful, perfectly prepared, and beautifully presented. Every single thing we ordered exceeded expectations. You can truly tell that this place puts love and passion into both their food and their service. The atmosphere, the attention to detail, the cleanliness, the overall experience… everything was perfect from beginning to end. Really amazing experience. We drove over to Gatineau after some time in Ottawa to experience the French side of things. First time visiting and we were really happy with our orders. Our food was hot and fresh and the service was great.

Very busy, line takes around 30 min to order, they could add another location because its to long of a wait! But the food is still great as always

Huge shoutout to Poulet Rouge Gatineau for their incredible generosity! They sponsored my daughter’s swim team (CNSL) and provided the kids with a delicious, protein-packed lunch. It was exactly the fuel these young athletes needed after being in the water. My daughter savoured every single bite! It’s so wonderful to see a local business supporting youth sports.
