This is my 3rd poulet rouge visit and in my 3rd different restaurant. I can honestly say I haven't been to a poulet rouge with anything bad to say. Kind, Patient, considerate and polite staff here too. Place is kept very clean [like the others] and smells delicious when you enter. Its fastly turning into my favorite "go to" franchise when I want something to eat.

Amazing service, really polite and professional staff. The lady who took my order was very kind and welcoming, and the person who prepared my meal, Mohammad, did a great job. Everything was fresh and delicious. Definitely the best Poulet Rouge in Longueuil!

They seemed rushed and confused and stressed. They made a mistake about the bowl size when I ordered (they selected the larger one instead of the smaller). Once they realized the mistake they seemed unbothered. Not professional and everyone seem clueless or they just don’t care. Not sure which one is worst. Anyways not going back.
