I was at your restaurant last night for dinner with a couple of friends. The atmosphere was good and the service was excellent. BUT the meal was a total disaster. Two of us ordered the linguini and the other person ordered tortellini. The quality of the pasta was horrible. The linguini was hardly cooked, so it made it very sticky and hard to eat. There was hardly any sauce in our plates, and everything stuck together like a cheap low grade pasta. It was difficult to eat as the pasta became like a glob of paste, so much so that I was unable to finish my plate. Unfortunately we had a prior engagement and could not wait around to speak to management. But I knew I would leave a review explaining how horrible the food was. I would have thought that the pasta would have been of a higher quality, as your specialty is Italian after all. I was not satisfied at all and would not recommend your restaurant.
