The perfect place to have a comfortable and delicious dinner after a long day in the beautiful streets of Québec, with incredible service from all the staff: kitchen, waitstaff, bartenders, and hostesses 10/10.

The music was delightful and the food delicious.
Food was excellent, but our waiter wasn't to friendly. We felt he was rushing did not present himself, didn't explain any dish and when he brought out the plates were put as rushing.
Waitresses are overwhelmed and don't care. Food was good. Place is very crowded and loud, but a descent atmosphere.
The food is absolutely amazing, it’s my go-to place whenever I’m in QC! The service is also very good.
Overall our direct interactions with the service was pleasant. The staff all seem to get along great but unfortunately their good time together greatly impeded ours. They had very loud boisterous conversation in the middle of the otherwise quiet restaurant. Their conversation was not overall what I would say to be appropriate either, with plenty of cursing and off hand remarks. The food took quite some time to get, and without many other customers it almost felt rude for them to all be out in the front of the house. When it came to the food, I found it be considerably lacking. We had the mushroom appetizer which was probably the best course of the diner. The margherita pizza was soggy, and while it did have fresh basil, it was mere slivers of it. I would say though it did taste like they at least use San Marzano's tomatoes throughout. Our lasagna was rather bland and disappointing, the sausage had no real bite to it and the sauce tasted of just tomato. It wasn't the worst Italian food I have had, but it certainly wasn't anything I would write home about.
The tiramisu was out of the world! Everything was delicious
Really nice place, the manager os very friendly greets everyone. The head waitress is everywhere making sure everyone has what they need. The good is pretty good, the place is packed!
A wonderful restaurant to visit when you are in Quebec City. Nice atmosphere and well prepared food. We had shared pizza and pasta which came already split into 2 plates (loved the idea) portions a suitable. The place is a bit pricy yet worth it.
Great Italian food in Old Quebec. Good wine selection
Portofino is a really good Italian restaurant. I tried the lasagna and carbonara – both were very good. The pizza is a bit more modern Italian style, but still tasty. Nice atmosphere, I recommend it.
Incredibile Italian food 5⭐️ highly recommend
Excellent
The atmosphere was great, we were sitting by a window overlooking the snow slowly falling on the Old Quebec streets. The service was great and also the food was really good!
All the food was phenomenal. Service was perfect. Bravo.
We were looking for a place to have dinner on our first night in Québec, and my husband was craving Italian food. We came across this restaurant while walking, and I’m so glad we stopped in. The lasagna and the fettuccine shrimp were both delicious. Highly recommended if you’re looking for great Italian food in the area.
We landed there by chance. We were very well received, food was wow, pasta home made... Service was over the top. Forgot to take pictures... but wow! True, a little small, tables quite close toneach other. But we made friends with the two ladies next to us. So no complaints there. Just remember, food is good, and that's what's important...! 😋
I was drawn in by the Italian music. Although we had no reservation, we were found a table for two. One of the hosts picked on the fact that I wasn't extremely happy with the table location. He did his best to find us another one. And then the waiter. So intuitive and accommodating. I kept telling him that I am very hungry 😋 and he did his best to feed the beast in me and quickly.. lol A great experience. Very good food, amazing service, great music.
What a beautiful slice of Italian cuisine. Food absolutely delicious and ambiance feels like you are in Italy. Returning tonight as they have live music. The service was excellent and wonderful waitress. Had Cacio de Pepe and bruschetta.
Amazing food and great live entertainment!
Always exceptional; somewhere I go every time I go to Quebec and it never disappoints. Top tier experience in every way. I recommend this to anyone I know who plans to visit.
Been to many places from coast to coast and this is the best Pizza I’ve ever had. Drinks were delicious too. Price was super reasonable for quality food like that. Great place overall!
We were looking for somewhere to grab dinner on our first night in Quebec and we were not disappointed with this choice! The decor inside and out was fun and colorful, the food was incredible, and there was live music which really elevated our meal. We ordered the gnocchi and the fazzoletti dishes along with cocktails and appetizers and could not stop talking about how good this meal was the rest of our trip.
Food was amazing service lovely best restaurant we’ve tried in old quebec!
My wife and I have been coming to this restaurant since 1990! It’s one of our favorite places. It’s absolutely charming both in the summer and winter. The entrainment is just perfect. The food is first rate as are the drinks, service and value! Wonderful place!
