I had a wonderful time here. I came to Montreal for a conference but my most memorable here in Montreal is coming here to eat! I tried all the delicacies and they were all great! My first choice is surely the Amala, Ewedu and Gbegiri, So on point! I recommend this spot if you are African, Nigerian or you just want to try African Recipes!

Wonderful food and wonderful customer service. C’est tres bon!
The lady at the casher is very pleasant and for the food, I don’t even know where to start from as the food didn’t meet expectations for the second time after spending over $200. In my opinion, the portions sizes are very small for the price. The food lacks proper African flavours and has no taste. The oil used to make the various dishes tastes awful (like it was burnt or stale), the fried fish wasn’t descaled properly and they didn’t cook through, the peppered goat meat (Asun) is not spicy and has too much hair on the goat skin. The Ofada rice was undercooked/bland and the sauce is too oily with no taste. The Jollof rice was okay. Couldn’t eat the rest of the food; had to trash them. I just hope the issue can be resolved.
All meals ordered were exceptionally tasty. Well prepared and filling. We ordered Jollof, Amala, yam and sauce with some turkey & peppered gizzard wow. The owner very friendly I would come here again and again and again A very satisfied customer 😘🥰
WOW! I came to Canada for vacation and I was craving Nigerian food. Their asun was top notch. Spicy and tantalizing. The amala was hot and so fresh. I recommend this restaurant if you are also craving Nigerian cuisine.
Delicious food
This is not a walk-in food joint make sure you call ahead time
Very good food, loved it, very welcomed and enjoy every bite of it! Really Recommend!
I love your food and thank you for your service
We ordered food and it was a mess. What they show on their website isn’t what they are selling. We ordered chicken and beef differently but they put everything in one plate, who does that? Needs to work on their food presentation and needs to know people have allergies before mixing their food. The lady who takes orders very disrespectful. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
In terms of Naija dishes pomadata will make your days
A Taste of Home: 10/10 Experience I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant today, and I must say, it was like taking a delicious trip back home to Nigeria. I ordered the Amala with ewedu and gbegiri, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The flavors were rich and authentic, perfectly balancing the smoothness of the Amala, the earthy goodness of ewedu, and the savory taste of gbegiri. Every bite reminded me of home-cooked meals, full of warmth and tradition. The portion sizes were generous, and the meal was beautifully presented. The service was excellent, with the staff being both welcoming and attentive. It’s clear that they take pride in delivering authentic Nigerian cuisine that’s prepared with care and love. If you're looking for an authentic Nigerian dining experience, I highly recommend trying this place. A 10/10 for the food, the service, and the overall experience. I’ll definitely be coming back for more! From a happy and satisfied customer 😊
