Is there a teriyaki sauce shortage I haven’t heard about? Because saying the small karaage box (on UberEats) has teriyaki sauce feels extremely generous. I couldn’t even taste it. And sure, if the chicken was semi-good, you may not even need sauce! But this was potentially the blandest, most tasteless and dry chicken I’ve ever had… so the sauce was very much needed. Never ordering from this place again.

Poke was dry, barely had any sauce on it :(( the cashier didn’t even say hi, didn’t ask for my order I had to take the initiative to tell him what I wanted. I then said I wanted a non-spicy one. He proceeded to make me a spicy one. The other guy working at that time apologized for his colleagues mistake and made me another one , his service was a 10/10.

This place is really good, and the food is amazing! The staff are very kind, friendly, and humble, and the place is super clean. Salauddin and Aatharsan were absolutely amazing and made my day with their warm hospitality and delicious poke bowl. I’ll definitely be coming back again! 😊

The worker there is great, he does what he can with what he is given. What he has to work with is the problem. One comes to these type of establishments for something fresh and fast; but the ingredients are very poor quality. I had such a craving for a poke bowl the day I went in and I left very disappointed.

The poke bowl I ordered was extremely dry, there was barely any sauce in the bowl, making it difficult to eat and enjoy. The shrimp also seemed frozen inside rather than properly cooked. I understand prices have gone up, so I can accept only getting a small piece of avocado, but there is really no excuse for being so stingy with the sauce. Overall, the quality of the bowl was disappointing. Unless u r craving are for dry rice, cucumber and some carrots

The poke bowl I ordered was too dry like barely have sauce in my bowl that I am having a hard time eating and enjoying my bowl. The shrimps was frozen instead of cooked. Plus the bubble milk tea I ordered was hot missing ice and the the tapioca pearl was soft instead of chewy. I will never go back to this place never ever again.

Had a great experience at Poke Monster! We are tourists visiting the area, and Raul was incredibly helpful and welcoming. He took the time to answer our questions, explain the menu, and make sure we had a great experience. The food was fresh, delicious, and prepared perfectly. Poké Monster was the first poké bowl place I ever tried, and I loved it at the beginning. But now it’s just a mess. I write clear instructions — more of this, less of that, don’t add this ingredient — and they constantly do the opposite. My last order was the final straw: I asked for a non‑spicy sauce, and they gave me a spicy one again. These “small details” happen all the time, and they ruin the whole meal. It’s honestly disappointing to see a place I used to love fall so low.
