Poké Monster was the first poké bowl place I ever tried, and I loved it at the beginning. But now it’s just a mess. I write clear instructions — more of this, less of that, don’t add this ingredient — and they constantly do the opposite. My last order was the final straw: I asked for a non‑spicy sauce, and they gave me a spicy one again. These “small details” happen all the time, and they ruin the whole meal. It’s honestly disappointing to see a place I used to love fall so low.
