This place is quite overpriced for the actual food you receive. The meat in the bowl was barely detectable, practically missing. Really disappointing.

I took a Chicken Poke and it had 2 small pieces of it. Really disappointed !! Been filled with only salad, rice and sauce... 22$ thrown in the garbage!!

I stopped by Poke Monster the other day and had an awesome experience thanks to Ben. He was super friendly, patient while I was choosing my toppings, and gave great recommendations for the sauces. The poke bowl turned out delicious — fresh ingredients and perfectly prepared. Ben made the whole visit really enjoyable with his positive attitude and helpful service. Definitely recommend coming here, and if Ben is working, you’re in good hands!

The bowl was really small for the price, and unfortunately, my order was missing the wide straws for the bubble tea. Without them, the bubble tea is basically impossible to drink properly — it’s just like drinking milky water. Also, I specifically asked for the bowl to be not spicy, but it still came spicy. Guys, please fix these issues. The price is too high for such a small portion, and the order should be prepared according to the customer’s requests
