the 2 guys who were working late saturday night … they made my tartar with salad instead of the side chips… I have to say thank you it was by far the best salad bowl and service …

This is easily the best Pokémonster location! Everything is always super fresh, the ingredients taste amazing, and the quality is way better than any of the other locations I’ve tried. You can really tell it’s a family-run business because everyone is so welcoming and they actually care about their customers. Big shoutout to Henry! He’s always so friendly, gives great service, and makes every visit even better. If you’re craving poke, definitely come to the Vimont location. You won’t regret it!

Ordered pickup with uber eats when in front of the store. Got in to ask if they could give me a chicken 2 for 1 instead of the tempura one since they are the same price (and also other poke monsters have accepted this somehow this one doesn’t) and because my gf is allergic to shrimps and the guy told me no we dont do this then I asked of then can I cancel? And he proceeded to accept the order and tell me yes dont worry I wont get charged then i asked again are you sure? Because if im charged i might as well take both bowls and use them for lunch the next day. Assured me that no charges will be taken… 2 days later I’ve been charged for the order….

I am giving them a 5 star because as I’m writing this review it is 3:06 and they were kind enough to let me order food… please it’s not an excuse to come at 2:50 because they are close by 3:00 however that speaks to their customer service level

The pickup experience was not professional. I was pressured to confirm the order before it was ready for pickup, which is against delivery guidelines. This created unnecessary conflict during the delivery process.

First time trying this place and it definitely did not disappoint. I ordered the General Tao poke bowl and it was packed with flavor. The chicken was crispy, the sauce was perfectly sweet and savory, and everything was topped with a generous drizzle of spicy mayo, sesame seeds, and green onions. Portion size was great, presentation was on point, and every bite had a nice balance of crunch and sauce. If you’re a fan of General Tao or poke-style bowls, this is a must-try. I’ll definitely be back to try more items on the menu.
