They asked for a tip at the beginning, even before I received my food. I chose not to tip, and they gave me disapproving looks. I ordered a poutine with chicken tenders, but the chicken was cold. It's rare for me to not finish a poutine, but I couldn't finish this one. I was concerned about the possibility of salmonella from that chicken!

Ordered a uber pick up. Got there after 15mins and got tell that they have to pass everyone in that huge line up first before my doing my order. Waited another 35 mins and got my order as the last customer there (Took them 2min to prep it). Plus that madam told me i could just cancel my order if i cant wait. Bad service, not even worth my 1 star.

Overall, I did not enjoy this meal, especially considering the $20 price. The plate included four fried chicken tenders and pieces of bread that were served cold. When I asked if the bread could be warmed, the request was declined. The fries were overcooked, bordering on burnt, and had very little flavor. The chicken tenders were heavily seasoned, barely enjoyable, and arrived cold, especially noticeable compared to the fries. For the price paid, the quality and care put into this meal fell short of expectations.
