Received wrong order and they told me i had to wait another hour because of other orders...not very logical lol my ordered should have been replaced priority as i still didn't have my food and ordered before others. Owner refused to take my call or call back to discuss a refund. I was a regular customer so they obviously don't care about quality.

Amazing food and the staff is amazing and when you order delivery they never late and the price is remarkable. You can order but you cant est there!

This restaurant is absolutely terrible. I placed an order at 5 PM for delivery. I ordered their combo 17 and my delivery order was delivered an hour later and it was the wrong order. I called back. They tell me no problem we’re gonna send you another order it’s gonna be a little while we have a lot of deliveries to make. I say OK and then I wait. I wait two hours and nothing. Keep in mind I live ten minutes away from the restaurant. I call back and they’re like oh something happened. We’re gonna remake the order and send it don’t worry I say OK I’m frustrated but I say OK. I deal with it. I wait another hour and a half. and still no order I called back and they’re like well. Our boss is not here. We can’t do nothing about it and tomorrow at 7 AM so for the four hours, I’ve been waiting for food I’ve paid for. They’ve just decided to not tell me nothing and say it’s gonna come when it’s not coming wasting my time I am never ordering from this restaurant again absolute terrible service. I’ve never been treated so poorly from a restaurant.

we orderd the special double 24.99$ plus dues Pepsi but the girl said to get the two Pepsi's we had to pay 27.99$??? lol but on the menu it says 24.99 with two Pepsi. so just be careful when you order bring menu with you or take pic of the deal..other wise foodiss very good submarine's took and pizza

The poutinews are amazing and not too pricey. I would describe them as heavy, and fully loaded. Service was great. Never had to wait too long after placing an order. I'll be going back to try every poutines ;)
