I recently ordered from Pizza 900 at Centropolis via DoorDash, and it was an excellent experience!The pizza arrived hot and fresh, with perfectly cooked crust, generous toppings, and a great balance of flavors. Everything tasted just as good as if we had dined in.The restaurant is clean and well-organized, and it’s clear they take care to prepare everything with quality ingredients. Even though I ordered delivery, the food exceeded my expectations.Overall, Pizza 900 is a great spot in Laval for pizza lovers, whether dining in, taking out, or ordering delivery. I highly recommend them!

Good pizza and service was great. But some meals/appetizers/pizza are a bit ridiculous. The 3 meatballs as an appetizers are very small. They are the size of a quarter, approximately. 😬 Some pizzas lack toppings or end up very dry, like the 4-5 cheese pizza. But the pizza themselves are really good and the toppings are usually fresh and tasty. But you have to choose wisely.

Food was very good, service was also very good. We were sitting upstairs where it was very cold and very noisy, couldn't hear oursleves talk!

I went with my teenage kids. Service was really slow. Took forever to order. Never got water and when asked for it we got attitude. Very unfriendly staff. We finally get the bill , tipped 15 % which was definitely not worth it. As we’re walking out , the waiter pulls my youngest aside which was walking out last and tells him c’est quio ça ?? The nerve. Talk about getting bullied for not tipping. Young people running a restaurant and no manager on site. They need to know you, the friendlier you are and the better you serve your customers , the bigger the tip. This place used to be good, the one in Outremont is better. More mature staff on site. Very disappointing. Don’t recommend.

We had an amazing experience hosting a small baby shower here Marco and his 2 colleagues were incredible They made sure everything was good, very attentive and truly wanted to be of service The upstairs area was perfect for our private party, and comfortably fit our group of about 40 people The food was delicious and fresh From the time we booked until after the event, the entire staff was incredible You can tell they were well trained and the restaurant is well run Would highly recommend

I organized a baby shower lunch for close to 40 people and we had a great experience. The service was phenomenal, the food was delicious and the space on the second floor was perfect for our group. Definitely recommend! Thank you to the No. 900 Centropolis team :)

I highly enjoyed this restaurant. The ambiance was so comforting. The waiter, Marco, was awesome! He was super knowledgeable about all the ingredients and super helpful with our orders! He even found the name of a place I could buy a drink they sell at the restaurant. Honestly, I would totally come here again. Also, the hostesses were very welcoming when I came in the doors. The manager was also very nice!

Food. Inconsistent. Very good to below expectation. Not good value for the money. Service. A consistent issue coming here multiple times. Slow and inattentive. Often received the order incorrectly. Not a very warm and welcoming style mostly cordial and mechanical. Lack of personality and feeling. Atmosphere. This is where this restaurant sparkles, sadly this is only where it stands out. Great place for a date, if you don’t care about the above. So for me I look at going out to eat as a pleasure and a treat. The risk out going out is wasted time, money, and irritation and agitation of dissatisfaction and loss of time. This is why this place is a risky place to invest my time and money as you never know what type of experience you will have as noted with many other reviewers. The good reviews are likely genuine, the negative reviews are not fully represented because for most people when dissatisfied they just don’t care to invest any further time and energy so they don’t write about it and act by not eating at a restaurant again in the future and push back when asked to eat at the same place again - which is when they will explain their story. This fact is based on a study that discusses how customers react when they are and are not satisfied with a restaurant and what their behaviours are post visit. It is for this reason that I feel it’s important to inform potential clients the advance warning that if you’re looking for a high probability of contentment or more, from this established - it’s a coin toss at best. This to me makes this place one I would not return to yet again (after three times already). One time the had the audacity to serve a pizza where the crust was actually burned/charred all over. I could not believe my eyes when the server played it for me. I was astonished. I ended up testing just in case I was being overly picky and sadly myself and guest were blown away at eating a burned pizza. It was a little difficult to return but finally someone took responsibility for this and because the meal came so late we just decided to leave and eat at home. What a waste of an evening and baby sitting to boot. Again, going out to eat at a higher priced and higher end restaurant is part food and part experience. The service matters as much as the food and at times a little more. The management here is poor. The systems and protocols are clearly lacking as with the training and continued training and monitoring of the staff. Management is also lacking in its real time interactions with clients in the restaurant. Good owners and/or managers will look at the tables and the people to monitor satisfaction Levels and work to prevent an unhappy client. This is something placed like The Keg are quite proficient in and whenever they screw up the own it and make it better in the spot. There is a lot to learn from the keg as they know all about consistency and customer centric service. They are PRO ACTIVE as compared to here where the are REACTIVE. All in all it’s your money and your time. My opinion is that there are plenty of amazing restaurant in Montreal and surrounding areas, go elsewhere. Don’t gamble with your valuable time and money as this is what is the car here. Bottom line I will not return a 4th time. Nite to management. Do NOT waste your time giving me your standard reply or to invest more of my time to help you better your restaurant. You said three chances and that’s more than enough times to make it right.
