First time (6 months ago) that I ordered from them, the pizzas were great, everyone enjoyed it and the price was reasonable. I decided to keep ordering pizza from them for our parties. Second time was last week, I ordered for my child’s birthday and asked for delivery. Delivery guy was on time and very nice, gave him a generous tip aside from the tip for the order online. Once we opened the package one pizza was missing, while I had paid for 7 pizzas we received only 6. I contacted them and told them they did NOTHING. The party finished, I emailed them again and they did not bother to even refund the missing pizza. Besides this, the quality of pizzas this time was way lower than last time, each pizza had a disproportionate crust and slim topping!!!! I was appalled at this change for worse than better. Any ways the second time became last time to order from this pizzeria for us. It’s a shame that businesses once successful, cannot keep up the good reputation for long….
