My visit occurred on a sunday around 16h00. I was there with my mom who is from Napoli, youll understand that the bar is set very high and her being at a certain age makes her a bit more selective I had the ham with mushrooms and my mom the Magherita. Doing a great pizza is art and n900 is the museum. Thank you chef! Also just a a hint on the maybe why its so great it has to be from the freshness of the ingredients, the nose doesn't lie there and of course from the pizzaiolo. P.s. my mom said it was almost as good as her own.
