We ordered the pizza on the way home. The noise on the phone was so loud, it hurt the ears. We ordered at 6:09 pm, it is now 7:24 and nothing has been delivered yet. We called at 45 minutes and the woman was nasty and simply yelled and said that they didn’t have enough drivers and they were backed up. It’s a Tuesday. We have called back and different person answered and said they had orders that they weren’t expecting. Then we called again at 7:30 and were told that the driver gave our order to someone else and they had to make it again and send it. We’re business owners and this is NOT how you treat customers. When we called, they never offered to give us our meal at no charge. This is ridiculous. We’re now at 1.5 hours waiting for a pizza. They should have made the pizza and sent someone out for it specifically. It is now closing in on 2 hours, still no pizza. It is now 2 hours and they finally agreed to not charge us. Still waiting…still waiting…don’t you think we should have been their first delivery? It is now 8:40, no pizza, even after I called them and they told me that they would make a new one and send it out. We have waited 2.5 hours and no food. We live a town of 2500 people and the restaurant is in a town of 9800. Still, no delivery @ 8:45. We decided to eat grilled cheese to put something in our stomach while waiting almost 3 hours for a pizza. The pizza might be great, but the service sucks. No wonder the rating is 3.7 stars. 9 pm, and still no order. Good luck if they get busy. They can’t handle it!!!!! I have been standing at my window for over an hour because we live in the country. I called again at 9:03 and they said that they made the order again, so it was hot. Got it 3 hours later and it’s warm
