An absolutely incredible experience at Pizzeria des Battures. The pizza was amazing — we had the mushroom and the pancetta, and while both were delicious, the pancetta one is something else entirely. It’s like a little cloud of flavor… your mouth starts watering while you’re still eating it. The beer was just as impressive — a NEIPA from Catnip that was simply excellent. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the service. We’re from Argentina and arrived without a reservation at a time when the restaurant was completely full. Still, they welcomed us so warmly and even took the time to set up a table outside for us. From there, we watched the last light of the sun melt behind the mountains — pure magic. It was a sublime experience. If we didn’t live on the other side of the continent, we’d be here every single week.
