This place had good food, kind staff, and a pretty good Atmosphere. What put me off was the mandatory 15% tip !! The server literally told us that 15% was the minimum mandatory tip that it was her salary and had to pay taxes and stuff before we could enter a Tip, it felt like we did not have a say in what we wanted to tip . This was a first for us. Not happy about it!! A kind piece of feedback to Murphy’s is to kindly mention this to your customers before seating them.

18% service charge was minimum to tip and only served 4 drinks to a party of 4 no food, not given a choice we felt the waiter did no waiting at all but wanted the tip, very disappointed as waiter was rude and very demanding as the customer we should be able to tip accordingly not pressured. Buyer be ware

Purchased 4 drinks and then paid in cash, waiter then came back and demanded the tip be higher even though he hadn’t served us, gave the cash back and then demanded payment by card……..absolutely disgusting.

We were looking for a pub with good food and drinks to watch and NFL game. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us! The live music and great food made for a lovely afternoon! And, the service was fantastic!

Shameful Irish pub. It looked like it hasn’t been maintained since it opened. Worn out and outdated. The food was subpar. I’ve been to Irish pubs in many states in the US and none were as disappointing as this Old Quebec pub. Cheese was so skimpy, chips were charred. Peppers were tasteless. A waste of money.

Great place ..Love the location .. amazing set up..very Irish 👍...love the bar ...we were there for bf...but regardless,it was nice...can do a bit better in the food department but I am guessing u go there for the amazing variety of Irish ales , whiskies etc...not for breakfast...I bet he at night the atmosphere is amazing 👍👍👍

We got to enjoy some fabulous live music and flavourful beers. Relaxed and chill - perfect summer evening magic. Service was spot on - attentive and prompt. A great spot to unwind during the day or evening!

Served meat in the cheese pizza even after saying them we would want no meat. Did not take care of the order and then I was forced to tip 15% minimum. Absolute nightmare.
