We just order a 2 x1 in uber and it only arrive one No cook well and it arrive cold and missing one Is really bad and uber didn’t get us the money back

We have looked into this claim and verified the details with UberEats. We’re sorry to hear the food wasn't at the temperature you expected upon arrival (this order was complete and ready 22 minutes before the driver arrived), but as the delivery was handled by a third party and verified as complete, we cannot offer further compensation. Our records and Uber’s internal tracking confirm that the order was delivered in full and on time. Because the delivery data contradicts your claim, UberEats has denied and declined the refund request. We prioritize honesty and quality in every order we send out.

We were 4 who ordered and to all are surprise we all fell in love with these pizzas the pepperoni is so fresh the crust the sauce excellent the next day we ordered again I had never heard of this place great find.

Back in February we ordered pizza from Pizzeria Bros in Laval. When we got our order it was the wrong one so I decided to call. When I spoke to the owner he apologized and took my number and said next time it was on him. A month went by and I had forgot to be honest. Earlier this week I got a call from the owner Mario letting me know he had just finished a team meeting and asked his staff if I went to collect my order and he wanted to make sure I knew he was serious. I had forgotten but oh my god like who does that. I was so surprised I called Tony and let him know which he was surprised to and let my coworker know the story. I was surprised that he remembered and knew I had not gone yet. So today (Saturday) not in the mood to cook I called placed an order of 4 pizzas and 2 starters (like my previous order) and went to pick it up thinking he would give me one or two pizza free they told me Mario was serious about his words and the whole order was on the house. Lately we hear a lot of bad customers service stories of restaurants. In a world where customer service seems to be dead be a Mario. Thank you so much Mario my family truly appreciates it.

Fantastic food, prepared quickly and to the highest quality. Staff was extremely friendly and made sure we got a place to sit even at a very busy hour. Almost feels like a "hole in the wall" pizza shop run by family. Highly recommend, and would visit again!
