Ordered a burger WITHOUT CHEESE and somehow the server still managed to bring me one loaded with it. It was a two-word request. TWO. And I had said it in both FRENCH AND ENGLISH, ensuring that the server would understand. But apparently, his brain didn’t compute such a simple two word request. If removing an ingredient is too complicated, maybe taking orders isn’t the job for you. I didn’t ask for anything special — just basic listening skills. Pizza-Way, please train your staff better.
