We ordered well in advance and our food arrived 2 hours later. The boxes were soggy and the pizzas were cold. The delivery guy still a tip but this type of service is Unacceptable for the high price we pay.

Ordered my food at 530, it arrived at 730. Ordered a large onion ring, I was sent a small. Pizza was cold. Terrible.. last time I ever order from this place. 0/5

Impeccable establishment. remarkably swift delivery paired with consistently delicious, well-crafted pizzas. This place feels almost therapeutic, effortlessly lifting my mood. Why pay for a therapist when Savlatore exists. I genuinely can’t imagine life without this masterpiece of a pizzeria.

I ordered their pizza for the first and last time recently. It took an hour for the food to arrive, and it was lukewarm at best when it arrived. Pizza was disappointing, and didn't agree with my stomach. Highly recommended if you are preparing for a colonoscopy, otherwise, hard pass.

Cancelled 2/3 of my items and refused to outright refund. Only credited the account. Then cancelled my entire order without any notice. Called to inquire where my remaining item was, was transferred and hung up on a multitude of times because I speak English. (Hint: you’re in Canada! Quebec is not a sovereign nation.) Only confirmed two hours and 8+ phone calls later that my order was cancelled. Do not order from this shop. Extraordinarily rude service.

Ordered a few items via online platform. Received email with tracker, then received a call stating 2 items were out of stock (no issue there). An hour later order still hasn't arrived, tracker is inactive. We call back. Get hung up on multiple times by multiple people. Finally get to talk to a person. It turns out they canceled the whole order when they were just supposed to cancel those 2 items. Very poor customer service & customer support. Never again.

Very disappointing first experience. I ordered online for my family while working late. The delivery took a long time, and half the order was missing. My wife spent an hour on the phone and was promised a callback that never happened. I am very frustrated as I was trying to work while dealing with this. Since no one followed up as promised, I will be forced to dispute the charge with my credit card provider. I’ll be sticking to my usuals like Domino's or Pizza Pizza from now on, where delivery is consistent."
