First order at this location - the poutine fries felt like they were reheated from the day before and were lacking cheese. The tracking link didn't work, and I spent 20m on the phone just trying to get confirmation that my order was scheduled on time. At least the pizza was fine and I got everything for a decent price.

I ordered pizza at 17h30. It is now 19h15 and still no food. This is the third time this has happened. Time to change restaurants
