Might be good pizza but don't order it to be delivered. We waited an hour and found out they tried to deliver to wrong hotel room. I gave them room number 2x. I tried to call and first time got 'disconnected' (or hung up on) and 2nd time was told they were transferring me to custome assistance. I guess they got to eat that pizza.

A truly disappointing experience. We requested a refund for a cancelled order and were assured that it would be processed within a short period of time. However, as of today, the refund has still not been received. We even went back to the restaurant twice in person to try to resolve the issue. During our last contact, we were told that someone would get back to us with an update and resolve the situation, but we have received no call or communication whatsoever. So, as of today, despite several attempts on our part to resolve the matter, we are still without our refund and without any clear response. I find it extremely unprofessional that we have had to waste so much time, return to the restaurant multiple times, and repeatedly follow up just to receive a simple refund that had already been confirmed. Customer service and the handling of this situation definitely need significant improvement.

Needed a quick bite for lunch and was amazed. The tomato and cheese were so fresh and delicious. It was so good that I didn’t remember to take a photo until half the pizza was gone. Staff was very warm and polite.

The food was kinda average, but the staff was totally amazing. Everyone there was doing their best to understand English and was super patient while helping me, even though they were super busy.

Delivered 1h30 late, arrived cold and soggy. Poutine sauce tastes odd, pizza is pretty average. I live pretty close to the restaurant and ordered at night, can't tell me it got caught in traffic.
