$30 for a pizza this size is too expensive. I had to ask employees five times to stop playing two songs at full volume at the same time. Congratulations—you managed to convince me not to come back. Because you asked for more details, let me give them. I asked to stop playing two songs a the same time. Reply: What? I repeated Reply: What do you mean? I repeated and asked if it was normal there were two songs playing at the same time at full volume. Reply: yes that's normal I asked if they could stop Reply: *Looks confused* I asked again He went to ask behind the counter but they didin't stop it. I asked again They asked again behind the counter and they stopped the music They started the music again 15 secs after I asked again They looked confused I asked again, now frustrated They asked again behind the counter They didint stop I asked again They finaly stopped They asked me if now it was how I liked it in an arrogant manner, clearly playing dumb. So yeah, that's the service you can expect there. Hope that helps!

Ordered online and order took almost 2 hours to get here. Spoke to the call centre and they told me it was ready and had not left yet, then blind transfers to the restaurant who just says yeah yeah it left without even checking. This was the first time I order here and will likely be the last time. Food was ok..but not worth waiting 2 hours for... Was my first time ordering here, will likely be the last.

Got the Mediterranean medium pizza, yummy but too expensive, 31.10 for a medium pizza. I thought they made a mistake, I asked several times, they told me that's the price. Anyway I should have asked before ordering it. Will never go back.

Ordered at 11h26am and at 2h30pm the order never arrived. I called and I was told not to call again. They knew about the issue. Worst customer service ever.
